Narrative

The Smith House is a house in Connecticut with many historical features. The owners want to have an addition added to the house that has an interesting design to it to fit their needs. They would like a Master Suite, with a master bedroom, master bath, walk-in closet, and an exercise room. Family is important to them, so they would also like a Family Room which should be about 300 S.F. Lastly, this family loves spending time with each other which makes the family room the most important to them.
